For Science week we looked at the theme of connections and we focused on the connection of recycling and the climate change. In each class children were tasked with creating a recycled wind powered vehicle, only using parts that they could recycle. Each group in the class competed for class champion which, the winner being the created vehicle which went the furthest distance. On Friday morning we had an assembly which the class champions competed against one another to become the Simpson’s Lane Academy champion!
