71 Parent Questionnaires were also completed and the results have been uploaded onto Parent View. We appreciate the time you took to complete the questionnaire and your feedback will be used to improve our practice and provision.

Two areas for action are outlined below:

My child receives appropriate homework for their age

11% of parents disagree that their child receives appropriate homework. As a result of this we will be carrying out a survey to identified what kinds of homework you would prefer and how often you would like homework to be given

The school deals effectively with bullying

14% of parents said they ‘didn’t know’ if we deal effectively with bullying. Bullying of any form is not and will not be tolerated at Simpson’s Lane. Any incidents of bullying behaviour are taken very seriously and are dealt with immediately in line with academy policy.  We will be working harder to share our anti-bullying strategy to ensure everyone knows how we deal with bullying to ensure Simpson’s Lane is a happy place to be.
